CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 50% cancellation fees for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Every appointment must be confirmed by paying a deposit, all deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the final service price! I realize emergencies happen, and you may need to reschedule. So there is a ONE TIME courtesy date change, free of charge,for all clients. Rescheduling Window Policy Clients have up to 7 days from the original appointment date to reschedule their appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled, unless previous arrangements have been made with your clinician. Standard cancellation policies will apply. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your treatment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, one of the following will occur: •If there is still enough time to perform the service, the appointment will be shortened to end at the original time with no price adjustment, plus a $25 late arrival fee, or •If there is not enough time to complete the service, the appointment will be cancelled and the $25 late fee will be charged as a late arrival penalty Late arrival cannot extend into the next client’s time. By booking, you agree to this policy. At The Facialholic Bar, all appointments scheduled before regular business hours (before 9:00 AM) require an Early Access Fee of $30. This fee covers: • Opening the studio early • Additional prep + setup time • Adjustments to scheduling outside normal operating hours The Early Access Fee is added to your service total and is non-refundable, even if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled. I’m Carrington, a licensed esthetician and the owner of The Facialholic Bar — a Black woman–owned skin studio dedicated to healing the skin from the inside out. I specialize in customizable facials and advanced skin treatments designed to correct, repair, and maintain long-term skin health — not just give a temporary glow. Each service is tailored to your skin’s current condition using clinical-grade methods and technology to target acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, fine lines, and inflammation at the root, while preserving your barrier and elevating your glow. My approach blends results-driven treatment with a relaxing, luxury facial experience so you never have to choose between “self-care” and “corrective care.” Because sometimes our skin needs a drink — and at this bar, I’m the only bartender.
